Meet Our Honorees

Mark & JoAnn Engel

Honorees

Mark Engel has run Langsam, a Bronx-based real estate management firm for nearly 50 years. Mark’s charitable efforts are legendary in the industry, including chairing the CMA Golf Outing for nearly 20 years and outings for another over a dozen charities and advocacy organizations.

JoAnn Engel is a retired teacher and educator with an impressive career spanning nearly 30 years. After teaching in NYC schools, she created and administered the gifted program at North Shore Hebrew Academy in Great Neck and at Yeshiva Har Torah in Little Neck. JoAnn has been active in CMA’s annual golf outings as well as many local groups and Jewish organizations.

Siobhain & Nick Fusco

New Leaders Award Recipients

Siobhain Fusco joined the CMA Board of Directors in 2021 and serves on the Executive Board in the position of secretary. She is a partner at the law firm Rivkin Radler LLP where she concentrates her practice on insurance coverage litigation and related counseling. Siobhain also sits on the Board of Directors for Forestdale, Inc., a non-profit based out of Queens, which provides foster care, preventive and other support to families in New York City.

Nicholas Fusco is a District Manager at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, and oversees Nalco Water Operations for Staten Island/Queens/Brooklyn and Long Island. Nalco Water is a global leader in water and process management solutions. He is an active member in the HESGNY (Hospital Engineering Society of Greater NY) and MACC (Metro Air Conditioning Contractors).
