Johnathan Lerner

Mr. Lerner is a member of the law firm of Lerner Arnold, Winston LLP located on Park Avenue in New York City.  The son of a former Public Adjuster, Jonathan worked for a firm that specialized in the prosecution of First-Party Insurance claims. Mr. Lerner gained invaluable trail experience early in his career, representing policyholders against insurance carriers.  He founded the law firm of Abraham & Lerner in February of 2000, which firm recently changed names to Lerner, Arnold & Winston, LLP in January of this year.  Mr. Lerner is admitted to practice law in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey, and the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, but has prosecuted actions in several other States.  While Lerner, Arnold & Winston, LLP engages in various areas of practice, including commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and personal injury, Mr. Lerner practices almost exclusively in the area of first-party property damage insurance claims. 

Mr. Lerner has enthusiastically supported CMA since 2007.
