IDDO
The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Omudsprogram
IDDO, provides independent guidance and advocacy. You can reach out to their private statewide helpline for free, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. The IDDO can help you to gain information on supports offered through OPWDD, connect you to the “Front Door”, advocate for you alongside your circle of supports (Provider, Care Manager, Broker, Clinician, etc.), and advise you how to file a complaint.
