Discover Your Strengths. Build Your Future.
Everyone has something to contribute. The Vocation CORE helps participants explore their interests, identify their strengths and develop skills that can support greater independence and meaningful participation in the community.
Participants are introduced to different aspects of the employment journey through volunteer opportunities and work-readiness workshops. They can build practical skills through resume-writing and interview-skills activities while gaining a better understanding of what it means to prepare for and participate in the workplace.
The program also incorporates hard- and soft-skill assessments, helping participants identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for continued growth. These experiences can help participants better understand their abilities, develop confidence and explore possibilities for their future.
The Vocation CORE isn’t just about preparing for a job. It’s about helping each participant recognize their potential, strengths and value, while creating opportunities to take meaningful steps toward their personal and professional goals.
