Tamica has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tamica worked at Citigroup where she specialized in product control; managing an $80Bn Corporate Loans Portfolio; and Financial Planning and Analysis with focus on CCAAR Stress testing for the Institutional Clients Group. She now serves as an Executive Director in Corporate FP&A working closely with the FP&A teams within Wealth Management and Investment Management at Morgan Stanley.
Tamica believes in giving back. She served on the Forestdale Board of Directors for 4 years, was actively involved with New York Professional Advisors for Community Entrepreneurs (NYPACE) and founded the Stephen Paboy Thomas Foundation in her home country of Dominica. She is also fascinated with Tech Start-ups having created her own, Extra ED, during the global pandemic and serving as the treasurer on the Board of Directors for GARBO during its early stages. She also continues to assist minorities in their educational pursuits through her affiliation with Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Sponsors of Education Opportunities (SEO) as an alum of both organizations.
Tamica has an MSc in Finance from Indiana University, an Executive MBA from Baruch College, and a BSc. in Finance from Morgan State University.
